Rates: $55 - $65 for two people in main house
(2 night minimum)
$80 for Vineyard Studio (3 night minimum or $495/week)
$90 for Nantucket Studio (3 night minimum or $595/week)
(add 9.7% mass room tax to all rates)
What about children?
Children over the age of 7 are welcome. For a family group (parents, 2 kids, ask
for the family suite $90 for two rooms and bath. (2 night min)
Any Restrictions?
Minimum 2 night stay in main house, 3 days to 1 week in Studios. No smoking in
the house, and leave your pets at home.
No handicap access, sorry.

Breakfast: When, Where and What?
Anytime between the hours of 8:am and 10:30am follow the aroma of blueberry
buckle and coffee to the dining room and help yourself to a country spread and
friendly conversation that goes with it around the big table.
